  Fantastic! Great service, they helped us choose the best design and layout for the space we have. We knew we wanted new wardrobes for our bedrooms but weren't really sure on what the most practical layout or design would be. They took all the stress out of it by giving us a few options to think about, a couple of the ideas stood out for us and after choosing we are extremely happy with the end result. Couldn't have come up with such a wonderful result without their help.

  One aspect that we really appreciated was the suggestions by Oz Robes personnel on the design and layout of each project. Their suggestions have proven to be much better than what we would have thought of or anticipated. Their knowledge of storage systems is very extensive.

  Great cheap price looks good did not take up the tradey offer to expensive ??? But Do it your self easy just look and take your time set out before you start did two units easy I am a fridgey so take ya time ,,, as for the staff I had no Hassel's may be that's because I did it my self rule number 1. Take your time look at the units and set out best luck

  Very disappointed in quality and service. We spent over an hour with the person who actually works in the factory outlining the specific requirements for our wardrobe. We even gave him a diagram with measurements for the shelving which wasn't standard. Another (experienced) saleswoman also confirmed that this non-standard shelf size is entirely possible for them to produce. Despite this confirmation, they still got our order wrong and when we tried to have it rectified we had to pay more. The person from the factory refused to admit it was his error and refused to waive the extra $77.50 we had to pay. He even dissuaded us from contacting the manager saying "I've already spoken to him about it and he won't budge so don't even bother". The quality of the drawer units is also very poor and probably won't stand up to regular use. With all the trouble they've caused we don't have the energy to pursue it with them. A bad review should suffice. That and word of mouth go a long way. We won't be using Ozrobes again.

  Oz Robes has undertaken two projects within our home, namely the renovation and redesign of our walk in wardrobe, and the provision of extensive storage within our garage.
